Technical Project Manager (Hardware)

What you will do

• Align server and rack requirements with capacity planning and datacenter architecture teams to generate hardware inputs for procurement.
• Manage production orders with ODM partners, coordinating BOM readiness, component availability, and production timelines.
• Track a portfolio of production projects, monitoring risks, blockers, dependencies, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate adjacent processes including POs, invoices, export licenses, payments, and logistics bookings.
• Drive continuous improvements for ODM requirements and internal production processes based on deployment feedback.
• Provide regular production status and risk updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex hardware production, manufacturing, supply chain, or datacenter delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of modern server architectures, particularly high-performance GPU-based environments.
• Proven experience working with ODMs, OEMs, factories, or contract manufacturers.
• Proficiency in BOM management, component planning, and factory execution.
• Strong project management skills, including Gantt charts, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Proof of employment eligibility in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of GPU infrastructure, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of BIOS/BMC functionality and their interaction with hardware and the operating system.
