hirify.global, LLC. is responsible for delivering Implementation of the Solera product set across the country or region, defined by a unique Statement of Work (SoW) for each customer.

What you will do

• Advise on best practices for Solera products and assist Sales with proposals.
• Act as a customer-facing SME, bridging business and technical discussions.
• Collect and document customer needs to define an effective implementation strategy.
• Provide 3rd-level support for customer deliveries and SME products.
• Work with configuration, training, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• May take on PM responsibilities for major projects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience of delivering large transformation programs, utilising high-performing teams, ideally leveraging agile methodology.
• Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in Automotive or Insurance markets.
• Excellent customer facing skills, collaboration and communication.
• Commercially aware and able to support sales opportunities to deliver best results with least cost.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team.
• Dutch language proficiency.
