What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of global marketing campaigns, managing timelines and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead the production of webinar, podcast, and virtual event series from planning through launch.
• Act as a PMO for marketing programs, tracking progress and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Partner with regional marketing managers to support campaign rollout and local activations.
• Collaborate with content, sales, and external vendors to align on deliverables.
• Monitor program performance metrics to identify opportunities for improved outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager within a marketing organization.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing programs end-to-end.
• Experience managing content production such as webinars and events.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and act on insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with global teams and supporting regional programs.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and campaign workflows.
