What you will do

• Design complete product experiences from early concepts through production and launch.
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality interfaces for insurance, payments, and investments.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
• Improve product usability through continuous iteration and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping and Auto Layout.
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and information architecture.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong English communication skills.
