Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Taiwan; hybrid work from the Taiwan office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept through production.
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Design experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial products.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Improve usability, accessibility, interactions, and product quality through iteration, product data, and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking and strong visual design; a portfolio is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, responsive design, information architecture, and user flows.
• Strong visual design skills in typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design.
• Strong English communication is required; English is the primary working language across global teams.
