Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Malaysia, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor; hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the Malaysia office

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept through production.
• Turn product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces.
• Design experiences for insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial products.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs accurately across mobile and web.
• Improve usability, accessibility and product quality through iteration, product data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design; portfolio submission is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, responsive design, information architecture and user flows.
• Excellent skills in typography, spacing, layout and interaction design, with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Strong English communication is required; English is the primary working language.

Nice to have

• Experience with FigJam, Auto Layout and component libraries.
