Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Fintech): Designing intuitive experiences for an AI Neobank and various financial products with an accent on simplifying complex financial workflows and scalable design systems. Focus on creating high-quality end-to-end product experiences, improving usability through data-driven iterations, and maintaining consistency across mobile and web.

Location: Hybrid (Malaysia). Must be based in Malaysia and work from the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production.
• Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback.
• Maintain design consistency across mobile and web experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
• Must be based in Malaysia for hybrid office attendance (3 days/week).
• Strong English communication skills are required.
