Product Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for financial products.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate on usability using product data and user feedback.
• Ensure consistency across mobile and web interfaces.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Must be based in Japan (Tokyo office attendance 3+ days/week).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual design.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of information architecture and responsive design.
