What you will do

• Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Execute high-volume outbound calling activities to engage prospective customers in live conversations.
• Research high-potential target accounts and develop tailored outreach strategies for key stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls to understand business challenges and assess fit.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve prospecting efficiency and personalization.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to develop new business relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles.
• Proven success in generating pipeline through cold calling and proactive prospecting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.
• Must be located in Colombia.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity industries.
