Location: Must be based in Penang, Malaysia. The role follows a hybrid work model requiring in-person attendance at Menara Skymind at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Support research and provide insights into channels to help vendors and partners develop go-to-market strategies.
• Produce data and high-quality insights to support the global research team.
• Create and deliver research deliverables including reports, presentations, and surveys.
• Conduct research interviews and utilize digital research tools for global projects.
• Collaborate with senior executives and colleagues across a globally dispersed team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in market research and technology partner ecosystems is essential.
• Strong English language verbal and written skills are essential.
• Exceptional data analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong leadership potential.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge within the team.

Nice to have

• Fluency in another language.
• Experience using AI tools for research purposes.
