IT Systems Admin/Business Analyst

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support for users and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Monitor applications, infrastructure, alerts, and ticket queues to maintain service availability.
• Troubleshoot end-user computing, business applications, manufacturing systems, MES, shopfloor systems, automation solutions, and tester workstations.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve complex issues.
• Deliver remote support across multiple sites and countries and contribute to knowledge articles and best-practice documentation.
• Participate in rotational 24x7 shift operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with less than two years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across IT sites.
• Fluent English and willingness to work rotational 24x7 shifts are required.

Nice to have

• IT support experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of MES, automation platforms, engineering applications, or tester systems.
• Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow or other ticketing systems, and knowledge management.
• Microsoft, ITIL, Linux, or related certifications.
• Additional language skills.
