What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Monitor applications, infrastructure, and ticket queues to ensure continuous service availability.
• Troubleshoot end-user computing, business applications, and manufacturing systems.
• Support MES, shopfloor systems, engineering applications, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to knowledge management through documentation and best practice sharing.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Willingness to work on rotational 24x7 shift schedules.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial IT environments.
• Knowledge of MES, automation platforms, or tester systems.
• Certifications in Microsoft, ITIL, or Linux.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
