What you will do

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities including sales, projects, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage complex market research projects and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with government bodies and industry associations.
• Lead negotiations with potential clients to protect and advance organizational interests.
• Direct and develop a team of business development analysts to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Liaise with internal functional teams to ensure prompt follow-up on sales leads and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree, preferably in business administration.
• Proven experience in selling and marketing surgical instruments and sterile containers.
• Strong knowledge of CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) processes and operating theatre workflows.
• Experience in consultative selling of surgical devices and power systems.
• In-depth understanding of the Asia-Pacific medical device business landscape.
