What you will do

• Provide technical and commercial support for FMC’s portfolio of crop protection, nutrition, and biostimulant products.
• Collaborate with trials organisations, processors, and industry bodies to support product development and positioning.
• Advise and influence distribution teams, independent agronomists, and growers to drive successful product adoption.
• Apply technical expertise across a wide range of crops to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Build long-term partnerships with leading agricultural suppliers and industry influencers across the UK.

Requirements

• Degree in an agricultural or scientific discipline.
• BASIS qualified (FACTS qualification is desirable).
• Proven technical track record in crop production and crop protection.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical, commercial support.
• Full, valid driver’s license (essential due to travel requirements).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
