What you will do

• Deliver the solutions selling strategy and drive lead generation within the defined London area.
• Develop a bank of sales specifications using Baxi product ranges to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with the Technical Solutions team to design solutions with a focus on decarbonization.
• Maintain and leverage relationships with specifiers, design engineers, and key contractors.
• Manage the project pipeline, forecast demand, and identify emerging market trends.
• Negotiate customer needs and expectations to influence buying decisions and meet KPIs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a technical and engineering discipline or an HND/Degree.
• Proven track record of delivering lead generation and sales across multiple market segments.
• Broad knowledge of UK construction and routes to market.
• Ability to translate complex mathematical concepts into presentations for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must be based in the UK.

• Experience within a highly technical B2B manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of government framework agreements.
• Experience in implementing low carbon and high efficiency agendas.
