What you will do

• Provide exceptional customer service to business customers, handling billing and meter exchanges.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Engage with industry stakeholders and customers via phone and email.
• Analyze customer problems to provide efficient and knowledgeable solutions.
• Identify and implement changes to consistently improve company operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Right to work in the UK (this role is not sponsorable under the UKVI system).
• Ability to commute to Nottingham or Leicester hubs 2-3 days per week.
• Ability to pass a basic DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to make important decisions and think on your feet in fast-paced environments.
