What you will do

• Coordinate customer orders and enquiries for the Power Grids supply-only business from quotation to completion.
• Assist with the logistics of shipments, including arranging tooling, cranes, and site off-loading plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including factory acceptance tests and customs requirements.
• Support the team by managing records and data in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure adherence to customer service standards.
• Handle customer queries and issues, gathering information and escalating as necessary for resolution.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a structured administrative role.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bishopstoke, UK.
