What you will do

• Lead the post-sale journey for Portuguese accounts, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Partner with customers to embed the platform into daily workflows like vegetation management and CAPEX prioritization.
• Translate complex technical AI and physics model outputs into executive-level business outcomes.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain high-level stakeholder relationships.
• Act as the voice of the Portuguese market to align product roadmaps with local needs.
• Monitor customer health and drive Net Revenue Retention through upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Account Management.
• Fluent Portuguese speaker with professional fluency in English.
• Background in Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy, or Engineering SaaS.
• Ability to navigate technical conversations with engineers and executives.
• Comfortable with 20-40% travel requirements.

Nice to have

• Engineering background (Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy).
• Experience working with Electricity Distribution (DSO) or Transmission (TSO) operators.
• Familiarity with GIS or Asset Management systems.
