Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (Remote-first with hybrid office options in London and Nottingham).

What you will do

  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver improvement initiatives for customers and internal business units.
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify root causes of performance issues and drive sustainable change.
  • Lead customer operational performance discussions and provide authoritative recommendations.
  • Support the implementation of new market customers, including performance baselining and improvement execution.
  • Coach colleagues and customers on platform best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Refine playbooks, standards, and knowledge assets within the Customer Excellence function.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Proven experience in delivering customer or operational performance improvements.
  • Strong understanding of customer operations and service delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement or performance frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and KPIs to shape actionable recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
