What you will do
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver improvement initiatives for customers and internal business units.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify root causes of performance issues and drive sustainable change.
- Lead customer operational performance discussions and provide authoritative recommendations.
- Support the implementation of new market customers, including performance baselining and improvement execution.
- Coach colleagues and customers on platform best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Refine playbooks, standards, and knowledge assets within the Customer Excellence function.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Proven experience in delivering customer or operational performance improvements.
- Strong understanding of customer operations and service delivery environments.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement or performance frameworks.
- Ability to analyze operational data and KPIs to shape actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
