Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK (15 WFH days per year)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid search, social, affiliates, programmatic, and SEO.
- Manage media budgets (£10m+) to deliver customer acquisition and revenue targets with clear ROI/ROAS benchmarks.
- Forecast traffic, spend, and contribution margins to support strategic financial planning.
- Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, econometrics, and data modelling to increase profitability.
- Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to enhance attribution and retail footfall measurement.
- Lead and develop an in-house team of specialists and manage external agency partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading commercial performance marketing, ideally in retail.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic DSPs, and SEO.
- Strong proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution modelling.
- Experience managing substantial media budgets (£10m+).
- Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK.
