What you will do

• Acquire and cleanse CRM data to ensure high accuracy and quality standards.
• Conduct comprehensive data profiling to identify and resolve integrity issues and anomalies.
• Utilize ETL and AI tools for efficient data acquisition, processing, and ingestion.
• Manage data maintenance projects and maintain thorough documentation of data sources and flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with Research, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams to align data gathering with business needs.
• Partner with sales teams to ensure the CRM remains an accurate and effective tool for sales success.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data sourcing, acquisition, or related research roles.
• Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and quality validation, ideally within Salesforce.
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
