What you will do
- Act as the primary bridge between the Supplier Engagement team and other Operations pillars.
- Manage retailer onboarding, ensure data compliance, and track data quality through regular reviews.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and cleaning of large transactional datasets (TLog).
- Resolve BAU data queries and track/close MSD tickets related to system changes and data errors.
- Conduct quality assurance using RAP scoring and eDive primary testing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional leadership to report on KPIs and productivity initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree or technical certificate in statistics, data analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics or governance.
- Proficiency in complex business process modeling and data modeling concepts.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP, FTP/MFT setup, and transactional data handling.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Ability to interpret diverse data structures and map large datasets from multiple sources.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, FoxPro, and Cloud Platforms.
- Proficiency in developing Unix/Python queries.
- Deep knowledge of Retail POS and supply chain processes.
