What you will do

• Execute daily production processes and reports according to operational schedules.
• Monitor production jobs and automated workflows to ensure timely completion.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Investigate and assist in resolving production issues and data discrepancies.
• Provide remote software installation and user support for reporting applications.
• Participate in rotational after-office hours and weekend support to maintain service continuity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams.
• Willingness to work on a rotational after-office schedule and participate in standby/on-call duties.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
