What you will do

• Drive complex certification cycles (e.g., Common Criteria, FIPS) from initiation to completion for enterprise products.
• Translate security functional and assurance requirements (SFRs/SARs) into actionable engineering milestones.
• Act as the primary interface for evaluation labs (ITSEFs) and international certification bodies like BSI, NIAP, and ANSSI.
• Liaise across Engineering, PM, external consultants, and partners to align compliance requirements.
• Manage projects handling sensitive security data and maintain meticulous, audit-ready documentation.
• Organize targeted events, workshops, and enablement sessions to foster internal security awareness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the software product development industry or enterprise IT infrastructure.
• 1-2 years of experience managing product security compliance (NIAP VPP, GPOS, NIST/FIPS, or ISO).
• Technical familiarity with Linux, KVM hypervisors, containerized virtualization, and hyperconverged architecture.
• Strong track record of milestone execution using Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Recognized project management qualification such as PMP or GPM/IPMA level C/D.
• Fluent, professional command of spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German, Spanish, or Italian.
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity workflows.
