Partner Solutions Engineer (Big Data)

What you will do

• Collaborate with SI, ISV, and hyperscaler partners to ensure they derive maximum value from the hirify.global platform.
• Develop hands-on technical artifacts, including demos, PoCs, and prototypes.
• Master pre-sales skills such as technical messaging, whiteboarding, and objection handling.
• Architect "Better Together" stories by building joint solution assets and collaborative integration demos.
• Create partner enablement content, including labs, walkthroughs, and technical write-ups.
• Serve as the technical point of contact, acting as the Voice of the Partner within hirify.global.

Requirements

• Must be based in Italy.
• Proven hands-on programming background with the ability to read and write code.
• 3-6 years of professional experience, ideally evolving from coding into architecture or technical consulting.
• A deliberate desire to pivot into a client-facing pre-sales function.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Growth mindset and a self-starter attitude motivated by targets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Lakehouse environments (e.g., Apache Iceberg, SDX-style governance).
• Knowledge of Data Streaming and Analytics tools such as Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
• Experience with Hybrid Cloud deployments.
• Interest in GenAI and AI inference from a pre-sales engineering perspective.
