What you will do

• Build and manage deep talent pipelines filled with A-players.
• Design and execute lightning-fast onboarding processes to ensure immediate productivity.
• Implement performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs) and accountability frameworks without micromanagement.
• Develop employer branding and culture documentation specifically for asynchronous environments.
• Manage international contractor compliance, legal contracts, and multi-country payments.
• Create innovative compensation structures, including token systems and equity models.

Requirements

• English: B2–C2 level.
• Deep expertise in talent acquisition, contractor relations, and international labor laws.
• Proven track record of building high-performance remote teams from scratch.
• Workday must overlap by at least 8 hours with São Paulo, Brazil.
• Strong background in psychology and human behavior to predict performance and retention.
• Proficiency with HR tech stacks including ATS, HRIS, and onboarding platforms.
