What you will do

• Operate and program CNC press brake machines to produce parts for assembly.
• Select and install correct tooling based on process instructions and blueprints.
• Perform complex bending and forming operations on various metals including stainless steel and aluminum.
• Conduct precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators to ensure quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and calibration to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality specifications.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong background in metal press forming and basic fabrication.
• Demonstrated competency in blueprint reading and shop math.
• Ability to perform dimensional measuring using precision tools.
• Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Effective communication skills for following detailed instructions.
