What you will do

• Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, maintenance, and observability of the platform to ensure high performance and stability.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Compliance teams.
• Monitor performance metrics like uptime and latency to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Manage integrations with internal systems and external partners.
• Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of engineers and product owners.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in platform management or product ownership within the iGaming industry.
• Strong technical background in platform architecture, software development, and integration management.
• Familiarity with UNIX systems, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for platform performance issues.
