About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology strategy and engineering execution for a global iGaming platform. This is a senior leadership role where you will own the entire technology stack, from architecture and infrastructure to security, compliance, and team development.

You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performance platform that operates across multiple jurisdictions, integrates with dozens of third-party providers, and delivers a seamless, secure, and low-latency experience to users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Define platform architecture, scalability, and technology roadmap
• Implement engineering best practices, SDLC, code quality, and technical standards
• Own DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/EC2), CI/CD, monitoring, and disaster recovery
• Ensure platform security, cybersecurity policies, penetration testing, and incident response
• Design highly available, low-latency, multi-region infrastructure with DDoS protection
• Oversee compliance, data protection, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
• Lead engineering, infrastructure, security, and QA teams
• Manage integrations with payment providers, game suppliers, sportsbooks, and third-party services
• Drive platform performance, reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency
• Establish business continuity, risk management, and security governance frameworks
• Support international expansion across multiple jurisdictions and regulated markets

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar technology leadership role in the iGaming industry
• Deep familiarity with Golang codebase and ecosystem
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/EC2), DevOps, and CI/CD
• Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and high-availability architecture
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, penetration testing, and incident response
• Experience with compliance, data protection, and regulatory standards in regulated markets
• Track record of leading engineering, infrastructure, security, and QA teams
• Experience integrating with payment gateways, game suppliers, sportsbooks, and third-party APIs
