What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization across multiple teams, defining strategies and ways of working.
• Support, mentor, and coach engineering managers and leads to improve execution and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with architecture to drive the technical vision and enable future-state domain architecture.
• Partner with product counterparts to execute roadmaps and champion technical initiatives for the product development plan.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability by addressing risks and performance bottlenecks proactively.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines; define OKRs/KPIs and use data to drive improvements and decisions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior/strategic engineering leadership role.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering roles with a strong software engineering background.
• Proven experience nurturing and coaching engineering leaders.
• Experience working in complex, high-availability, high-load transactional systems with focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Experience defining OKRs and KPIs and using data to understand system performance and product outcomes.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Relevant experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience working with remote/geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies for personalized experiences.
• Experience working with and managing third-party suppliers.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
