Senior Cloud Architect

Location: Must be based in Italy (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Design and implement reliable, scalable, and secure cloud solutions for production environments.
• Lead cloud assessments, application discovery, and technical requirement analysis.
• Build and manage container architectures using Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Develop automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and implement DevSecOps practices.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO27001.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and solution designs.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and good English communication skills required.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in cloud solution design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of core cloud services and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Experience leading technical teams or workstreams in migration and modernization projects.
• Ability to work effectively in customer-facing delivery contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Certifications in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with pre-sales, solutioning, or technical proposal activities.
• Background in Agile delivery and technical governance.
• Experience with virtualization and hybrid infrastructure (VMware).
