What you will do

• Own and prioritize the technical SEO roadmap based on business impact and effort.
• Define technical standards for crawlability, indexability, internal linking, and structured data.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate trade-offs between SEO requirements, user experience, and engineering effort.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the technical SEO team.
• Drive experimentation and continuous improvement of SEO workflows using AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical SEO for large-scale platforms or marketplaces.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript SEO, technical architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with product and engineering stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, BigQuery, and Screaming Frog.
• Fluent in English.
