TL;DR

Demand Generation (AEO/GEO) Specialist (AI Search Optimization): Building an AEO/GEO playbook for climate and sustainability from scratch while running web infrastructure and conversion rate optimization to turn AI search visibility into pipeline. Focus on scaling organic growth and LLM visibility with rigorous A/B testing, measurement of LLM rankings/citations, and analytical experimentation across SEO and AI-generated answers.

Location: Hybrid (office 4 days per week at hub/satellite offices; some roles may be remote and will be noted on the jobs page)

What you will do

  • Own organic and AI-sourced pipeline by driving SEO, content infrastructure, and on-page optimization to grow MQL volume and quality.
  • Build and run the measurement approach for LLM rankings and AEO/GEO, tracking visibility across tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
  • Run a rigorous testing program across the website and key organic/GEO channels, partnering with design and content.
  • Manage external vendors and developers to execute growth and optimization work without needing to write all code.
  • Define what “good” looks like for AI search visibility in climate and sustainability and steadily improve citation/visibility across priority themes.

Requirements

  • Strong point of view and hands-on experience scaling organic growth and LLM visibility (ideally having built an AEO/GEO playbook before).
  • Deep fluency with AI tools and models as both a growth channel and a way to improve team effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience building and running an A/B testing program from day one.
  • Comfort managing external vendors and developers.
  • Strong analytical instincts to diagnose what is working and why.
  • Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for roles specifically noted as remote).
