What you will do

• Develop and implement a global operational excellence strategy covering continuous improvement systems, maintenance capabilities, and digitalization.
• Improve the hirify.global Management System (KHMS) globally and lead pillar owners in maintaining best-practice content.
• Use food-industry Best Available Techniques, technology trends, and internal and external benchmarks to set annual manufacturing goals.
• Analyze performance gaps and support geographical zones in addressing systemic improvement opportunities.
• Govern manufacturing KPIs from production lines through sites, business units, zones, and global operations.
• Build cross-functional and industry partnerships while developing future KHMS and manufacturing excellence leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with measurable operational efficiency improvements.
• Leadership experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, and/or Engineering across multiple sites is strongly preferred.
• Results-focused mindset with a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for navigating complex operational challenges.
