EHS Coordinator

What you will do

• Monitor compliance with HSE procedures, safety regulations, ARBO requirements, and environmental policies.
• Identify, report, and help resolve safety, working-condition, and environmental risks and deviations.
• Roll out, maintain, and improve DBS tools including SQDIP, 5S, and 4E events.
• Support security, business continuity, concern reporting, contractor work permits, and safety tours.
• Create and maintain site policies, work instructions, standard work, posters, registrations, and monthly environmental reports.
• Train and instruct employees, visitors, and contractors while coordinating the BHV organization.

Requirements

• MBO/HBO-level knowledge in EHS, such as MVK.
• 1–3 years of relevant EHS work experience.
• Spoken and/or written Dutch and English required.
• Solution-oriented, analytical, practical, collaborative, service-oriented, and results-focused.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines.
• Experience with tools and production equipment.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations covering working conditions, safety, and the environment.
