What you will do

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations and lead a team of 200-300 operators and shift supervisors across multiple shifts.
• Forecast resources including Work in Progress (WIP), equipment, and materials to ensure supply chain continuity.
• Monitor and optimize production KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, yield, and OEE to derive actionable improvement plans.
• Coordinate with maintenance and process engineering teams to ensure equipment uptime and deploy new procedures.
• Manage shopfloor discipline, operator certification, safety awareness, and quality principle training.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management on capacity planning and production scheduling to meet customer demand.

Requirements

• Degree in Science or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing people or at least 7 years in a supervisory role within mass manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
