What you will do

• Manage in-process and outgoing quality, including product non-conformance and material dispositions.
• Coordinate production schedules and raw material readiness to prevent operational disruptions.
• Drive systematic process and equipment improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee team attendance, scheduling, and compliance with quality and discipline standards.
• Lead quality-focused projects to meet strategic goals and improve production performance.
• Ensure strict material FIFO control and manage age lot and MCT metrics.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in process quality and handling product disposition.
• Strong confidence in people management and team leadership.
