What you will do

• Develop and modify production test programs based on device specifications for reliability testing.
• Execute reliability tests, perform data conversion, analysis, and reporting to evaluate product performance.
• Conduct failure verification and support root cause investigations for failing samples.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on DC test equipment and reliability systems.
• Operate SMT equipment and perform PCB inspections, including X-ray, lead integrity, and bend testing.
• Provide technical support and training to Reliability Operators on daily operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power meters.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in reliability laboratory operations and semiconductor reliability testing.
• Knowledge of semiconductor devices such as diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, logic devices, and ICs.
