What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end global order-to-cash process, including revenue recognition, billing, collections, and commission operations.
• Integrate AI models to automate routine revenue recognition, anomaly detection, and contract analysis.
• Direct global revenue recognition policies as a Subject Matter Expert on complex hybrid SaaS/Fintech and usage-based pricing models.
• Oversee global billing functions, translating complex client agreements into scalable billing logic and system configurations.
• Own the global collections strategy and technical accounting for expected credit losses under ASC 326.
• Manage the global commissions process and ASC 340-40 accounting, ensuring accurate payouts and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience working within a Fintech, High-Growth SaaS, or usage-based marketplace environment.
• Deep, authoritative knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 326, and ASC 340.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and automated billing/commission platforms (e.g., Billing Platform, CaptivateIQ).

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI automation or utilizing advanced data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Looker.
