Partner Success Lead (HR Technology)

Location: Remote-first within commuting distance of Calgary, Canada; the role also requires a Toronto-area base and approximately 15% travel for customer and partner engagements across Canada.

Salary: CAD 190,000–380,000 OTE per year.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, HR and Total Rewards leaders, project owners, and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate enterprise onboarding, implementation, deployment, and adoption across customers, hirify.global teams, and services partners.
• Manage scope, responsibilities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate training, enablement, change management, and internal customer champions.
• Define and track customer success measures, lead business reviews, and connect product adoption to measurable outcomes.
• Turn customer and partner insights into repeatable onboarding plans, delivery practices, and customer success approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, implementation management, technical account management, enterprise consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience guiding enterprise customers through software implementations and adoption across multiple teams or business units.
• Strong program management skills, including management of competing priorities, dependencies, and commitments across organizations.
• Technical fluency sufficient to discuss data requirements, integrations, and software workflows with customers and technical specialists.
• Ability to build credibility with senior leaders, manage change, communicate clearly, and take ownership through completion.
• Toronto-area base, remote work within commuting distance of Calgary, Canada, and willingness to travel approximately 15%.

Nice to have

• Experience working with global systems integrators or consulting firms such as Deloitte or KPMG.
• Background in HR technology, compensation, pay equity, or workforce software.
• Experience supporting Canadian enterprises, public sector organizations, or multi-organization programs.
• Practical use of AI tools and interest in responsible adoption of AI-enabled software.
