What you will do

• Manage third-party data provider authorization requests via ticketing systems to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Prepare and deliver accurate usage reports to data providers within monthly or quarterly deadlines.
• Handle client ID creation and user account management through proprietary tools.
• Maintain strong working relationships with data partners, internal stakeholders, and end clients.
• Update partner contact records, redistribution policies, and internal knowledge base procedures.
• Contribute to new projects and process improvements within the Permissions function.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in data operations, data analysis, or financial market data environments.
• Experience working with data pipelines, quality checks, or data investigations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to work Night Shift (MNL Time).
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for hybrid onsite work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of SQL or Databricks.
• Understanding of market data, procurement practices, or financial databases.
