What you will do

• Locate and resolve alert transactions within the client's PSP system.
• Execute refund processing and manage active subscription cancellations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of chargebacks, declines, and refunds on alert credit sheets.
• Communicate with merchants to resolve issues and facilitate service enrollment.
• Propose innovative ideas to streamline and enhance the alert management process.

Requirements

• English proficiency is required.
• Proven experience working with chargebacks.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule, including holidays.
• Must possess a personal computer with reliable internet and backup power solutions.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Experience working with payment processors such as Stripe or Shopify.
