What you will do

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under senior guidance.
• Integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into the daily development workflow.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations to reduce friction between frontend and backend.
• Act as a full stack seed learner to absorb best practices and grow into an autonomously delivering engineer.
• Collaborate across teams to suggest improvements for product, design, and engineering workflows.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle, including design, deployment, and iteration.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or an AI-related major.
• Hands-on project experience through personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions.
• Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
• Experience with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) and the ability to articulate requirements to them.

Nice to have

• Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects.
• Cross-platform development experience (iOS, Android, or Web).
• Previous internship or work experience at startups.
• Proven track record of building internal tools or personal side projects.
