What you will do

• Support clients throughout the API integration process and post-launch phase.
• Develop technical learning materials and tools to enhance the developer experience.
• Conduct technical workshops and joint testing sessions to ensure implementation quality.
• Monitor API and Webhooks consumption to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Manage technical incidents and provide comprehensive resolution reports to clients.
• Collaborate with Client Impact teams to scale and optimize the Integration Success function.

Requirements

• Solid background in software maintenance, specifically consuming or providing APIs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into a client-centric perspective.
• Strong commitment to engineering rigor in creating documentation and tutorials.
• Ability to prioritize critical tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work remotely from Europe.
• Prior experience in DX, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Writing.
