What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for mobile banking applications and web-based admin panels.
• Define and elaborate key functionality, including authentication, biometrics, cards, accounts, payments, transfers, and tokenization.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Model business processes and user flows, and document integrations and system architecture requirements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to manage the product backlog and participate in release planning.
• Prepare regulatory documentation and analyze risks, metrics, and implementation quality.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in banking or fintech for 3+ years.
• Experience in analyzing and documenting complex banking processes and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and processes, including cards, accounts, loans, payments, transfers, and tokenization.
• Experience integrating banking and third-party systems, and hands-on experience with microservice architectures and API-first approaches.
• Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases, and skills in business process modeling and documentation.
• Understanding of DevOps processes and infrastructure, and a level of English from Intermediate+ and above.
