What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to increase win rates across the EMEA region.
• Manage the end-to-end response workflow, including project tracking, stakeholder delegation, and final formatting.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive response library to reflect evolving product functionality and market positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Security Compliance teams to ensure accurate responses.
• Complete Information Technical Questionnaires (ITQs) for existing clients' audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in proposal management or RFP response within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the EMEA region and able to work in a hybrid model (10+ days per month in-office).
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to create compelling value messages.
• Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate functionality into business value.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience within treasury, financial services, or enterprise SaaS software environments.
• Proficiency with Loopio, Salesforce, or other CRM/RFP platforms.
• Background in technical writing, competitive intelligence, or product marketing.
• Proficiency in French, German, Italian, and/or Spanish.
