Salary: £70,000 - £100,000

What you will do

• Own complex, cross-functional programs from scoping to measurable outcomes, including integrations and transformations.
• Lead strategic planning, implementation, and performance reporting for high-impact business initiatives.
• Analyze operational data to diagnose issues and implement data-driven fixes independently.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to build, launch, and scale efficient processes that drive growth.
• Instill operational best practices and elevate delivery standards across the organization.
• Develop documented playbooks and automation, including the integration of AI into operational workflows.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a high-growth scaleup with real delivery experience.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Strongly analytical and hands-on with data, comfortable structuring messy problems.
• Ability to communicate crisply and clearly, both in writing and in person.
• High comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias for action.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office three times a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or other highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to M&A, business transformation, or system integrations.
