Accounting Analyst (Finance)

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process and code vendor invoices and manage credit card transactions using Stampli.
• Perform financial data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic planning.
• Manage HR and payroll administration, including verifying timecards and onboarding paperwork for production staff and models.
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee personnel files and vendor records to support audits.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or HR support.
• Strong background in A/P processes, invoice coding, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Los Angeles, CA.
• Experience with payroll administration and i9 document verification.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stampli or similar expense management systems.
• Familiarity with Paylocity.
