Salary: $150,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end qualification pipeline from part intake to source approval.
• Define qualification scope and implement workflow automation for the function.
• Lead a team of Product Qualification Managers and engineers in technical data evaluation.
• Manage qualification performance metrics and serve as the primary customer interface.
• Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure producible, source-approved parts.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR compliance).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in qualification, quality, or manufacturing engineering leadership.
• Deep knowledge of technical data packages (TDPs), first article verification, and source approval.
• Proven ability to build and scale systems in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Strong decision-making skills in high-risk, customer-facing situations.
