What you will do

• Build high-quality evaluation signal and introspection tools to optimize the experiment path toward optimal models.
• Develop and maintain visualization tools and metrics presentation for the core model evaluation loop.
• Provide technical leadership through design and code reviews and establish tooling best practices.
• Collaborate with Data, Infra, and Simulation teams to align offline evaluation with real-world vehicle behavior.
• Implement large-scale evaluation workflows for Compound AI driving models, connecting signals to data selection and training.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript, and high-throughput data streaming.
• Experience with Spark, BigQuery, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of WebGL/WebGPU for 3D sensor visualization.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience shipping production software in a fast-paced "startup within an enterprise" environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Robotics or Autonomous Driving.
