What you will do

• Serve as the primary post-sales contact for a defined set of industrial accounts.
• Execute customer success plans to drive onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Manage account health and churn risk to minimize GDR and increase expansion velocity (NDR).
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Account Managers, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Establish key relationships and define success criteria to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain detailed account records and recovery plans within SFDC.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or industrial sectors.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with renewal management, adoption metrics, and customer health tracking.
• Deep familiarity with cybersecurity and its translation into business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
