What you will do

• Lead the takeover of existing ad accounts, performing deep-dive audits to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Develop actionable media plans and allocate budgets based on client briefs and competitor analysis.
• Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn to improve CPA and ROAS.
• Implement and troubleshoot GA4 and GTM conversion tracking to ensure flawless data accuracy.
• Create and manage landing pages within client CMS platforms and write high-converting ad copy.
• Compile performance reports with strategic commentary and build live dashboards in Looker Studio.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Advanced proficiency in GA4 and practical experience with GTM conversion tracking.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage client approval workflows.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney Time (AET).
